By submitting the registration form, the Host agrees to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. Voluntary Participation and Compensation
   The Host acknowledges that participation in the webinar is entirely voluntary. The Organizer does not provide any payment or compensation for hosting the webinar. The Host participates voluntarily and understands that the Organizer will provide no financial or material consideration.
2. Grant of Rights and Use of Content
   The Host grants the Organizer permission to replay, share, or promote the webinar session. Any such use will be carried out with the Host’s consent. The Host understands and agrees that the Organizer may use recordings or materials from the webinar for educational or promotional purposes within the group or community.
3. Attendee Information and Marketing
   The Organizer will not share attendee registration information with the Host. The Host may offer free gifts, resources, or lead magnets to their own audience during or after the webinar. Any promotional offers, discounts, or marketing content must be submitted to the Organizer for approval prior to the webinar.
4. Topic Approval
   The Organizer reserves the right to approve or decline any webinar topics to ensure alignment with the group’s purpose, audience, and values. The Host acknowledges that submission of a topic does not guarantee approval.
5. Acknowledgment and Agreement
   By submitting the webinar registration form, the Host confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms of this Agreement. The Host further acknowledges that they enter into this Agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of its terms.
